Step 2: Application Form Submission
Obtain Application Form:

Application forms can typically be downloaded from our website or collected in person from the school administrative office during designated admission periods.

Complete the Form:

Fill out the application form accurately and completely. Ensure all required details, including personal information, previous academic records (if applicable), and parent contact details, are correctly entered.

Step 3: Document Submission

Submit all the necessary documents as listed below. Please ensure all copies are clear and legible. Incomplete applications may lead to delays.

Step 4: Interaction / Assessment for Entrance
For Nursery to Standard II:

A light, interactive session with the child may be conducted to assess their readiness for school, social skills, and basic cognitive abilities (e.g., recognizing colors, shapes, numbers). This is a friendly interaction, not a formal test.

For Standard III to Standard IX:

Depending on the class and seat availability, a basic academic assessment in subjects like English, Mathematics, and General Awareness may be conducted to understand the child’s current learning level.

Parent Interaction:

A brief interaction with parents may also be part of the process to understand their expectations and partnership in their child’s education.

Step 5: Admission Offer and Fee Payment
Admission Offer:

Successful candidates will receive an admission offer from the school

Fee Payment:

Upon receiving the admission offer, parents are required to complete the fee payment within the stipulated timeframe to confirm the admission. Details regarding fee structure will be provided with the admission offer.

Step 6: Orientation

Once admission is confirmed, an orientation session may be conducted for new students and parents to familiarize them with the school’s policies, routines, and academic year plan

Documents Required for Admission:

Please prepare the following documents (original and attested photocopies) for submission:

1. Birth Certificate:

Original Birth Certificate of the child issued by the Municipal Corporation or other competent authority.

2. Aadhaar Card:

A copy of updated Aadhar card of student.

3. Passport-sized Photographs:

Recent passport-sized photographs of the child (typically 3-5 copies).

Recent passport-sized photographs of both parents/guardians (1 copy each).

4. Proof of Residence: (Any one of the following)

o Aadhaar Card of Parent
o Ration Card
o Electricity Bill
o Water Bill
o Passport

5. Previous School Records (for Standard I to IX):

o Transfer Certificate (TC): Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school, duly
countersigned by the appropriate educational authority (BEO/DDPI for state board schools,
CBSE Regional Office for CBSE schools, etc.).

o Report Card/Mark Sheet: Photocopy of the last academic year’s report card or mark sheet.

6. Medical Fitness Certificate:

A medical fitness certificate for the child from a registered
medical practitioner (if specifically requested by the school).

7. Caste Certificate (if applicable):

For students applying under reserved categories
(SC/ST/OBC), a photocopy of the valid caste certificate.

8. Parent's ID Proof:

Photocopies of Photo ID and Address Proof of both parents (e.g., Aadhaar
Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License).
